Photoshopped MockUps
The mock ups was a challenge since I couldn't find any initial store mock ups. So I went to my local Publix store and took photographs of its signs and photoshopped my icons to where they would be.
Process
In the process in producing icons, I chose a minimalist and universal style akin to shake shack's burger design. I had a concept were the icons would be illuminated in the backside of the icons similar to Publix's storefront signs. However I cut it from the finalization since it could mean additional hypothetical electrical costs to the stores.

Digital Exports in Black and White
I placed black and white versions here to showcase the icon' unique shapes and balance so that it carries Publix's own unique identity and reflecting Publix's balanced, fresh food and high quality service from all departments. The colorized export will be the one reflecting Publix's color palette for uniformity.
